Shannon was soooooooo awesome, patient and went over and beyond her expectations! I had to pay a large balance (which was my fault) she sat on the phone patiently while I called my bank to straighten things out because she didn't want me to have to call back and go thru the lengthy process all over again! She answered all my questions, and even helped me with maintenance issues! I love my home real real bad 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 and it's absolutely beautiful! My family will definitely grow here!
