I had a great experience speaking with Barbara today about the status of a maintenance request I started on January 7th about a stove that only has one burner working. She was knowledgeable and expressed sympathy toward my issue. She provided me with the information I needed. The delivery of a new stove is scheduled for the end of February. She went beyond to actually connect with me and provide other resources I could utilize while waiting. I appreciate her willingness to help. She even made me laugh. Thank you.
