I had called and spoke with several different people to help with getting access to my account so that I could get my rent paid. Barbara was the only one that was helpful. She was very nice and courteous. She stayed on the phone with me and made sure that I could get logged on before we hung up. She was Awesome and I appreciate her helpfulness. Thank you Barbara!!!
