Thank you Shawn Hunter for helping me update needed documents for my application. Corrections were needed, but I could no longer access my account to update the documents. After three days of unsuccessful calls I connected with Leah who was wonderfully patient in realizing what I needed and connected me to Shawn who was also patient and took the time to understand where the glitch was. Shawn told me she needed to partner with a manager the next morning and then she would call me. She called me at 9:30am which I greatly appreciate in her follow-through of exactly what she promised. We spoke a couple of times that morning (Thursday) to confirm the documents were correct and properly submitted. Later in the day Shawn called and confirmed my husband and I were approved for the lease of our next home and went through all the next steps in detail. She mentioned she had the privilege of having 6 approvals on this day and I am confident that each received the same time and commitment to understanding their next steps of leasing a Maymont home as I did.
