I had recently been approved for a house and had been having some technical issues, speaking with customer service agent German D. helped the process proceed further and left us smooth sailing. I cannot say how exceptional Germans customer service is, he is punctual, knowledgeable, and flat out friendly.

Maintenance required on dishwasher and toilet. Arrived on time. He knew what to do, explained the problem so we’d understand, fixed it, and left. Just like that. No excessive talking or time wasting. Did what he had to do, respectfully and efficiently. Loved it.
