My call-in experience with Jordan Visera has been nothing short of amazing. Not just the call-in experience, but his multiple follow-ups as well! He was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, polite, and helpful in assistance. I don't think he's a manager, but his approach seemed like one, which I really appreciated. He answered all of my questions and addressed every single concern promptly. Again, Jordan was very patient!!! We need more people in this world like Jordan. If we had more people like Jordan in this world, it would definitely be a better place. Kudos to Jordan and I really wish him the absolute best out of life in general.
