I spoke with Von’Shawnna and she was excellent. I was upset about my simple billings bill and she was very understanding and listened to me vent about the many problems with my home. She assured me that she was going to do some research and see what the root of the problem in the home is and not band-aid the problem. Customer service makes a world of difference and I appreciate her for being understanding and not just brushing the issue under the rug.
