When I found out that my lease was being transferred from Progress to Maymont, my anxiety level went through the roof; however, I called Maymont and had the privilege of speaking to Shawn. Shawn brought my anxiety level down from 10 to 1. She explained and answered all my questions. I know that no agency is perfect but I am confident now that this will be a successful transition. Thank you Shawn. In addition, Barbara was great. Very thoughtful and went out of her way to assist me.
