EMILY COBB Give me excellent assistance! She was very kind very smart very knowledgeable. She had a lot of hospitality and she also had a lot of patience with helping me! She did not mind staying on the phone even for 30 minutes to make sure that this one Is me as well taken care of! That meant a lot to me because when I call or And we talk about what’s going on or what I need sometime if it goes over 10 minutes they Me and say I have to help the next person! My thing is I’m just as important as the next person that needs help and she was very patient. She was very universal. It was like she was a mom and she knew how to bond with me. she just was the right person for me to collaborate. She’s awesome and we need more people like her doing customer service. We need more people like her and the world it only takes a little bit of patience to be kind and she was amazing and I only want to stick with Miss Emily throughout this whole situation.
