Maymont Homes all things considered is a very good leasing agency. While living there we faced a couple significant issues with the home thats were usually always taken care of that week. This includes water damage that led to the kitchen ceiling collapsing, AC breakdown in the middle of summer, and small repairs/electrical work around the home. Every time I reached out they were helpful and got someone contracted right away. They are a bit slow to respond to small fixes, but it is not significant enough to be serious. I gave 4 stars because while the help line is quick and efficient, getting in touch with management or people who can help more intricate questions is impossible. The help line workers are well trained and seem to know a lot about the houses but anything location specific or more in depth questions are impossible to get answered. I want to give a shoutout to Taundra in resident customer service. She very easily is a 5 star employee. Most times when I connect to the help line she is the one to answer and she is polite, helpful, and professional through and through.
