Spoke with Natalie White this morning because we have a major plumbing leak under our kitchen sink. Natalie was extremely helpful in getting us closer to a resolution. She was also very friendly and pleasant to speak to and very professional as well. She advised me that I can call her back if I have any other questions or concerns with the next step of getting my maintenance problem taken care. In my opinion, she is a great asset to your organization.
