Natalie White was very helpful and very polite. She is a super star in my book and I have never even met her I just spoke with her on the phone, just her kindness. She tried her hardest to get me in touch with someone, when the person I needed to talk to was out of the office today. She tried to get his supervisor to the phone but they were in a meeting but managed to get an answer. SHE NEEDS A RAISE!! I greatly appreciate her for all she did for me today and being so kind.
