I MUST share my experience with BARBARA at Maymont Homes in Charleston!!! I had made numerous calls to Maymont in an attempt to get NUMEROUS issues resolved; but was unsuccessful! However, on this day, after explaining everything, BARBARA maintained an UNSCRIPTED empathetic tone of voice, assured me she would get " the ball rolling" and went into action right then and there! She began to research and multi-task with calls, emails and etc to the appropriate folks to assist me! By the end of the call, everything was either in motion or resolved! With so many recent disappointments with this situation, this call with BARBARA was sooooo appreciated 👏!!! Thank you BARBARA in Charleston!!!! You made my day!!!
