Jack Hatcher

Ralph is a great tech. He came on time and ready to work. He was very friendly and professional the whole time he was here. He let us know what was going on and showed us pictures of what he found. He even came back to let us know that we should be receiving an email or phone call in the couple of days about our issues. Ralph is someone I would want to work on my rental every time.
