Preston Silver came to fix my washer and did an amazing job!! I also had an issue with my own purchased dryer and he offered to help fix it while he was already here. He did!! Saved me money and he did an excellent job!!! His communication and professionalism really set him apart from a lot of other contractors I have worked with and rental companies. I highly recommend this property management company and Preston for maintenance concerns and issues.
