Vonshawnna (Shawn) was AMAZING!! First time I’ve gotten on the phone with anybody from Maymont and felt heard and understood. Nobody else here listens to understand…they only care if the rent is paid. But she took the time and assured me everything would be taken care of with my maintenance requests and silenced any worries I had. Thank you Shawn for your amazing customer service!!
