Our experience with Maymont from start to finish has been completely easy, smooth, and awesome! Anthony was our leasing specialist, who helped us start the process of getting into our home. He was helpful, responsive, and very kind every step of the way. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the home and that the home and timeline fit our family's needs, even though it was a very fast process. THANK you, Anthony! Tiffany was our move-in specialist and helped us actually get into our new home. She was incredibly knowledgeable, with fast responses, and answered all of my questions thoroughly through the entire process with grace and kindness. Thank you, Ms. Tiffany! These two have been nothing short of amazing and have made my family's transition into our new home so easy and even enjoyable. We moved fast, within a week and a half from finding and applying for the home we loved to actual boxes in the new house, and we've had minimal stress because everyone we've encountered at Maymont has been so helpful, patient, and lovely to speak to. The self-led walkthrough and lock box for keys on the move-in day were incredibly flexible and so helpful during the crazy of packing and preparing to move. The portal for payment and maintenance is easily navigated, even for a newbie. Everyone was very communicative with emails and phone calls throughout the entire process. Thank you Maymont, for helping our family into our home - we're so happy with all of the services provided thus far and are very excited to make this home ours for the time being! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
