This is a review about miss Dena G. I have been in the process of moving out and have had issues with billing discrepancies the past month.This has added stress on top being a first time dad, working nightshift at the hospital, buying a new house and everything that comes along with that. I just wanted someone to take care of this issue and give me peace of mind that this was going to be handled and that’s exactly what miss Dena G. Did for me. She went above and beyond checked on me every 2 minutes or less while I was on hold. She didn’t just give me answers to apease me or what I wanted to hear to get me off her line; she gave me ticket numbers, future dates to expect mail, and walked me through the process of what she was doing to ensure that I understood what to expect. She answered all my questions and was patient with me even though my voice is going out and could barely talk. You could tell she has a passion for what she does, and it makes the world of difference when you don’t know what someone is going through. Dena G. is the gold standard of what EVERYONE (no matter what career field) should strive to be when it comes to customer service. Thank you again Dena G. God bless you!
