Ralph is the best. He went above and beyond to fix the issue. When he got here I had Luke warm shower water. When he left I could take a hot shower. Very satisfied with him coming by. His communication was great. And he did what it took to leave with a satisfied customer. He is definitely an asset to your company. Thank you RALPH
