For months now I have been trying to get in touch with someone to help me dispute a maintenance charge that I should have never received. I have called 5 times and emailed over 10 times trying to get this resolved. I spoke to Alexis today and she is the first person to take me seriously and submit the ticket for this to be investigated. I can’t explain how relieved I was for someone to take the time to actually help me. The last person I spoke to was a guy in the maintenance department who told me he would submit a ticket and speak to his supervisor, I was informed today that there was never a ticket. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled up to today. Alexis-you are amazing. Thank you for all of your help
