I was unfortunately not clear about some payment issues and I called CUSTOMER SERVICE. A lady by the name of Ray (I am not sure how to spell it) but she was rushing me and not explaining to me the details that I was asking. She was rude to be in Customer Service. The best thing she could have done was pass me over to a representative named Gabrielle. Wow! What a huge 360! Gabrielle explained it to me and she was calm and she was so very empathetic. This is only my first month having any interaction with Maymont and she changed my entire experience. Thank you Gabrielle! Maymont should be very proud of this customer service representative.
