5 star review for Lawrence, but only 3 for Maymont Homes.. Lawrence was amazing! I did not get any notification that my regularly drafted rent payment did not draft last month, so when I did realize it I contacted CS and the rep told me to wait until the next online portal window opened this month 1st-5th. Well to my surprise my June statement included an eviction fee! He spent hours with me trying to get the eviction department to waive the additional fees. He was so understanding and I really felt like he advocated for me.. especially bc of the lack of communication from Maymont. Thanks to Lawrence I have the peace of mind that me and my family are still safe and secured in our home. Give Lawrence a raise! & contact clients when you see a missed payment.. especially if we been paying on time since move in 2 years ago !
