I had a terrific interaction with Maymont's customer service assistant Emily Cobb today. I had been having a lot of problems over thiis past week setting up my account to pay my rent, etc., and was admittedly very, very grumpy when I called its customer service today. Still, Ms. Cobb was lovely and efficient and competent, so incredibly competent. She quickly fixed all my computer problems and set everything up for the future and was sympathetic and pleasant to me despite my initial negative demeanor. I am very grateful for Ms. Cobb's help and I hope Maymont recognizes and values her excellent skills and talent.
