So leaving reviews for me is not the norm. Not unless what I’m dealing with has really connected with me. I have been working with Maymont Homes (formerly Conrex) for a few years now and with Heather Wheeler over the last couple of years. Heather Wheeler is my go to. I run my own renovation management company (Elite Vision Management LLC) and we do a lot of work with Maymont Homes. But the “golden key” right now is Heather. I’m not sure how she runs multiple markets the way she does, but she is a true player in the SFR market. Over the years I have had the pleasure of meeting and working with some fantastic people at Maymont from project managers to top executives. I love them all. But when it comes down to my area of expertise and who I interact with the most, that is Heather. If I have questions, she has the answer. If for some reason she doesn’t have that answer, it’s a quick “Hold please.” response and guess what? Again, she has the answer. Even in multiple markets/states at that. She also knows what she wants and demands from a vendor. I respect that very much. I do the same for my vendors. In this business, you try not to burn bridges because you never know where or when you are going to see that person again. You develop relationships and trust and you build on them. It’s a team effort out here and I’m glad Heather has us on her team! Thanks for all you do! Maymont Homes should be proud to have you leading the troops!
