I applied for a home with this company and became very frustrated with the communication process through Findigs and the constant automated chat messages I was receiving. I contacted Maymont to speak with a representative or someone overseeing my application and was provided with Betty’s phone number. I called and left a voicemail when there was no answer, and she returned my call right away. Betty was phenomenal—she thoroughly explained the entire application process, gave tons of advice and was very apologetic. Thank you so much!
