Emily Cobb was very helpful, cheerful, kind, sweet, and respectful. She took her time and listen carefully to my situation/complaint and so willing to help solve my problem. She was very patient with me and diligently worked with me until the problem was resolved. I have called several times before and spoke with of representatives that were rude and did not take the time to listen and understand my problem and they were not as friendly, kind, and willing to help me the way Emily did. You all need to hire more workers like Emily Cobb. She truly is here to help! You can tell she takes her job seriously and the customers are her top priority. She strive to make sure she meets the needs of the customer and that their experience with Maymont Homes is an awesome one.
