miss emily cobb was so incredibly kind and helpful when i called in to inquire about a letter i received from maymont. not only did she help me understand more about the letter, but she made me feel heard when we talked about things other than the letter. maymont needs to give emily a raise! she is so good at her job and she’s a good person too. thank you so much emily.
