Natalie White was amazing. I called in truly upset about the last rep who serviced me and she was able to answer my questions and put my mind at ease and calm me down. She exudes customer service to fullest. She was also very relatable which made the call more friendly than business all while handling the business of the call. I appreciate that about her . We need more Natalie Whites. Thank you
