Today I spoke with Vashawna (Shawn) about maintenance orders for the damage to the house from the hurricane. She was empathetic, understanding, proactive and pleasant during our call. She even checked to see how my broke, best friend (my dog) has been doing. Despite being overwhelmed with the aftermath of damaging storm, Shawn found a way to make me laugh several times during the call. That small act is worth so much when residents are literally just trying to make it through the day. Thank you Shawn and Maymont Homes!
