I received amazing customer service from Cory, and I really appreciate that I was able to take a self guided tour. The home really needed cleaning (which is to be expected) but I was able to leave that feedback with Cory because she called me as soon as my tour ended to see if I had any questions/comments/concerns. We are leaving another company for poor customer service so I really hope we are approved with this company.
