As a tenant, it’s not the easiest thing switching from one property owner to another during a home acquisition. Maymont Homes is my new property owner, so I made a phone call to the main customer service line to make sure that I had everything I needed to move forward with the process. I’m so grateful that Kimberly Mendones was my customer service rep. Kimberly was so helpful, and answered all my questions with perfect clarity and understanding.
