Von’Shawnna was very helpful, nice, and understanding. I appreciate the welcoming communication and the kindness exuded. It was easy handling over the phone w. them. They are the sole reasoning for a 4/5 status. The rating of the overall property management company is a 1.6/5. The .6 is because out of all 8 work orders that I have placed since Dec./Jan., only 2 have been fixed. I keep calling and they keep saying that the work order was accepted by and paid to the contractors but no work was done. They’ve sent 4-5 people to my property “fix” the issue but they only come by and take photos then leave and never come back. No communication, no anything!! It is very unsettling to have all of these random people in my home, yet nothing is being done to it. They also have been charging me for renters insurance, while I have been paying an outside renters insurance- which was mandated better moving in- since Sept. When rent is due, they expect to receive it on time, and in a timely manner, so we as tenants expect the same urgency when it comes to property maintenance. The property is nice but the management is very poor condition. Would appreciate a more punctual response to work orders and the concerns of their tenants.
