Valarie was my first point of contact and extremely helpful and friendly! She was prompt with responses and always followed up with any questions. It was a pleasure to work with her through setting up the self guided tours and details around the rental home application and lease terms. Krystal, move in coordinator, was efficient and provided adequate instructions on move in day. Maintenance was finishing repairs on my scheduled move in day, however they were completed by midday and did not affect my move in. I was pleased to see new work completed on the fenced in yard, which made me feel like I am going to be in good hands. Overall Maymont homes has been a stress free transition to finding a rental home that suites my needs! Compared to the first company I was approved for a rental at, Maymont homes was a breath of fresh air and lease terms were fair and appropriate. THANK YOU to the entire team!
