My family and I had Amy and Betty assist us while we went through the process of renting a home after an accident with our housing. Throughout the entirety, they were kind, considerate helpful, and updated us in a timely manner. We very much appreciate them and the help they've given us along with their help going forward. My only complaint, which has nothing to do with the two individuals and may just be technical issues, would be that there were some occasions where calling in would lead to waiting on the line, which is normal and expected, but after a bit the automated message would report that assistance wasn't available before proceeding to hang up without a chance to leave a voicemail.
