I spoke with Natalie White for some of my transitional issues and she was absolutely amazing. She was so personable, professional and kind. I was impressed to be able to speak with a live person with this new company and she just really represented them well. The company seems to be very resident friendly which is hard to find. Great experience so far even with the glitches !
