I must have been a difficult customer..I applied for 1 property. Got approved. Then i changed my mind and applied for another property. Didnt even need to. It took Valerie at least a few days to even find out when that property was available. I paid the fee and Secured that property, then changed my mind..Found another property 3 hours away in an entire different city. So then she had to find out when i can move in to that property lol. And i got anxious and almost changed my mind back. And they had to void that application, make a new application. I had to re sign.i never had to pay any additional fees or create a new account. I literally rolled with things while Valerie handled things on her end. And boom. All finished. And it was so easy. And Valerie was always very kind. And customer care was very supportive. And i even needed help getting into the house to tour because i couldn't find the email from rently (i found it later lol) Im so happy. The property looks just like the photos and i am happy. I pray my experience there will be as blessed and smooth as this transaction. God bless them cause I was stressed out. Thanks Valerie. And thanks customer care.
