Cory is amazing! From the time that I answered the phone, to the time that I hung up…I felt like I was speaking to a friend! Cory took the time to respond to an email that I sent, within an hour, (BY PHONE) to ensure that she had clarity about my inquiry. She moved swiftly to meet my need and instantly made me feel like this is a company that I definitely want to conduct business with! She even ensured that my name was pronounced correctly (my name is never pronounced correctly). Customer Service is huge for me; Cory epitomized exactly what Customer Service is and should be!
