My move-in experience with Maymont Homes was overall very positive. The process was well-organized, and I appreciated the clear communication throughout. Dana Cook, my move-in coordinator, was professional, responsive, and helpful when I had questions or needed clarity on certain steps. She made the transition smoother and ensured that key details were addressed in a timely manner. There were a few minor hiccups along the way that kept this from being a 5-star experience—nothing major, but a few things could have been handled more proactively. That said, Dana’s follow-through helped resolve issues quickly and kept things moving forward. All in all, I’m happy with my new home and grateful for the support I received. Would definitely recommend Maymont Homes to others starting their rental journey.
