While we've had several hiccups with our new home, Pablo A. was amazing to speak with and had great follow-up. I very much appreciated his help in finding a path to a solution to our issue. Now we wait for follow- up from those who make decisions. We were told by Maymont they'd reimburse us for a hotel stay when the AC stopped in 107° temps and are now working through holding them to their word. Our overall experience since moving in hasn't been great. The house was not clean, cheap laminate flooring and transition pieces are scratched and broken. AC went out weeks after moving in, we live in the SW desert. Stove controls were smashed. Broken glass in the backyard that I'm still finding and picking up to prevent our dogs from being injured. Our dishwasher quit working. Local vendor told us he'd never work with them again. We were fined by the HOA $40 for weeds in the front yard that Maymont didn't take care of before we moved in. Not off to a great start.
