GREAT customer service! Natalie White was patient and understanding with my concerns. She explained everything WITHOUT a condescending tone that many customer service reps have nowadays. She was naturally interactive and engaged AND seemed to be sincerely supportive. Very professional - I wish I could talk with her whenever I have questions.
