I was having trouble with the website to pay rent and Emily (Cobb) was very helpful and professional. It was nice to speak to a customer service representative that was upbeat and pleasant vs those who act as though they don’t want to be bothered with you and have an attitude that they are actually having to work while they’re at work. It was a very refreshing experience.
