My experience with all leasing agents were frustrating, unable to move forward in the leasing/tour . Somalia, answered the phone in a pleasant voice. I informed her of my frustration, and immediately started explaining, answering questions. Somalia went beyond her job, assuring me of a great experience .. I know my questions and computer skills were lacking, never felt I was being belittled , Your company has not only a friendly outgoing staff member, but a staff member who cares for residents and potential renters.
