I currently rent from Maymont (formerly Divvy) and put in my request for my fence needing repair and my sink not draining...they sent someone quickly and my repairs were done efficiently. Both within a few days and well. I'm pleased. They sent texts along the way to make sure I was being taken care of and there was constant communication from Maymont. I really could not ask for more. Maymont really has taken care of us.
