Kenneth was very patient and polite. We were experiencing a slight issue with the lease renewal and Kenneth stayed on the line until the issue was resolved. To top it off he did forget to wish me a happy Valentine’s Day! He is definitely my go to guy for any questions or issues I may have going forward!!
