I was trying to buy a house and it drug on till the last week of my current lease with maymont and the deal fell through. Kenneth really helped my out by letting me renew my lease at a really good deal. Kenneth has treated me fairly and with respect throughout my time of living in a Maymont home and he is the type of guy that makes you want to do business with their organization.
