I would like to share about the excellent care I received from Emily Cobb, while going through this first time experience. I have never been late with any rent in my life, and going through a government shut down at the same time, unable to be paid. Emily provided the best customer care, I've ever received. She helped me to understand the policies and explained what to expect. She provided great comfort, I pray that all your staff is as equipped as she is. Thank you again Emily for excellent care
