I came home one day on my break and noticed water leaking from the base of our hot water tank...the beginning of the end for hot water tanks. After previously being a homeowner and knowing we didn't have much time, I scanned the handy-dandy QR code and got a call within an hour from the maintenance department. They worked diligently to get the request processed as fast as possible. They worked around my work schedule to get it replaced. We had a brand new hot water tank before we ever lost hot water! The plumber they sent out was amazing. Ronnie was clean, professional and punctual...important because the repairs were done during my break from work. He not only completed the job within the promised time frame, but showed me where the main water shut off is in our house in case of future emergencies AND he insulated the pipe leading to my garden hose to prevent freezing issues. Ronnie was proactive and informative. When he left, you couldn't even tell he had been there... everything was cleaner than he found it. Tasha was the one who set all of this into motion and made sure to do a follow up call with me after the work was completed. She was so kind and courteous. She made the process so easy! I would 100% recommend renting with Maymont just because of how well they handle any maintenance issues.
