The first call with Emily was very friendly and attentive. She took the time to understand my needs, gathered all the necessary information, and clearly communicated everything I asked about. While on the phone with Barbra there was some initial frustration regarding the misunderstanding and didn’t seem as if my concerns were not fully understood. However, after sometime Barbara called me back and took the time to review my account, look into my concerns, and follow up with a resolution. I appreciate her efforts to ensure the matter was addressed and resolved.
