UPDATE: I just spoke with Barbara from the collection team. I explained I would be submitting a late payment for December and she was very compassionate about my situation. I have nothing but positive reviews for Maymont EVEN though I am late. I had the pleasure of working with Shannon Cole. Upon moving in, there were some things that needed to be addressed. I was bounced around quite often and couldn't get mt questions answered. After calling several times, i was blessed that Shannon answered the call. From that point, she made sure that EVERYTHING was taken care of and followed up with phone calls and emails. Excellent service from Shannon. Thank you! 🙏
