This has been the easiest application and approval process we have ever been through not to mention Megan and another lady (do not recall her name) we spoke to on the phone have been so wonderful! They were extremely responsive and supportive. It was very apparent they know what they are doing and gave us all the information up front. It is RARE to find a company that treats you well as a tenant and like a human and Megan and all the other people at Maymont have exceeded our expectations!
